Agreement

1.  By submitting this application, you authorize Custom Manufacturing Inc., to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied. Obtaining credit reports or reports to be used in connection with the credit authorization and to obtain and exchange information from and with other credit grantors and business reporting agencies, including but not limited to banks, vendors and suppliers.  Credit applicant hereby certifies that each of the statements made and answers given in this application are true and correct and is made for the purpose of inducing Custom Manufacturing Inc.,  to open and make available a line of credit.

2.  Upon approval of Credit.  Credit applicant agrees to the following statement, terms, and conditions as set forth by Custom Manufacturing Inc.,

3.  Claims arising from invoices must be made within seven working days.

4.  Failure to pay amounts when due shall give Custom Manufacturing Inc., in addition to other remedies, the right to charge interest at 1 ½% per month on any unpaid balances.  Credit applicant agrees to pay all costs, expenses, and fees of Custom Manufacturing Inc., enforcement of its credit policy including collection expense court costs and attorney’s fees.
